How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer several shipping options including Standard and Express delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express delivery arrives within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a specific threshold.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your pieces. You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is primarily crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, often plated in 18k Gold or Rose Gold. We also offer a premium 14k Solid Gold collection designed for long-lasting wear and durability.
How should I care for my Astrid & Miyu jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the pouch provided, to prevent oxidation and scratching.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey directly on the courier's website.
