We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Astrid & Miyu packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box or padded envelope.

• 3.
  Generate and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
